R.I.W.E.

Refugees International Women Empowerment

R.I.W.E. is a women-led, refugee-led organization combining

lived experience with professional expertise in human rights,

gender policy and anti-trafficking.

Our work is grounded in community trust, original research, and

direct engagement with institutions and civil society, bridging

the gap between refugee realities and policy-level responses.

From Community Evidence to Policy Dialogue

R.I.W.E. translates grassroots data and lived experiences into structured recommendations, policy briefs and stakeholder dialogues.

We work to ensure that refugee women’s voices inform coordination mechanisms, prevention strategies and protection responses at local, national and European levels.
